A print publication for New York rug maker Beni, introducing The Chelsea Collection, designed with Colin King. Drawing on the secret gardens and courtyards of Europe’s old cities, its eight designs are the first to be woven in Royale, a rare hand-knotting technique from Morocco once reserved for palace interiors. Photographed at Casa Franca in Marrakech, the imagery places the rugs among the textures and colours of the house.

The publication is loose-leaf, so each sheet can be pulled out, laid out or pinned to a moodboard. The pages are held together by a red elastic ribbon, and the logo is foiled in red on the cover. Both details take their cue from the photography of the rugs and the house.
